Moscow-based Bazelevs Group, owned and founded by Timur Bekmambetov, launched its distribution entity Bazelevs Distribution.
In 2011 Bazelevs Group plans to release 6-7 movies. Three of them were produced by Bazelevs and others are co-produced with Russian or international companies.

At the turn of the year Bazelevs released its comedy Christmas Tree. Over 700 print copies hit the screens of the major domestic theatrical networks and 20th Century Fox, Siberia, Bazelevs’ distribution agent, is in charge of distribution throughout the regions of Russia..
