Moscow International Film Festival-2011: Сompetition Program

Poster MMKF 2011The 33rd edition of MIFF held between June 23-July 2 announced the Main international competition program.

Two Russian features Chapiteau Show by Sergei Loban and Heart Of A Boomerang by Nicholas Khomeriki along with of sixteen other international films are in the Main competition program, namely:

The international jury: actress Geraldine Chaplin, director and art designer Amos Gitai (Israel), film director Arturo Ripstein (Mexica), producer Nikolai Dostal (Russia).

The world premiere of Michael Bay’s Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon (USA) will be shown at the MIFF’s opening ceremony and John Madden’s The Debt (USA) starring Helen Mirren will crown the closing ceremony.
